About OnCALL Micro -

OnCALL Micro primarily manages, designs and develops Windows standalone and web-based custom applications using the Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Studio.NET development environments.


Since 1988 we've worked with over 35 different companies in the Twin City area, independently developing start to finish solutions for our clients.  We've also worked hand in and with internal IT and outside vendors to see projects through successful completion.


Our goal is to be as flexible as possible in responding to the needs of our clients.  Aside from putting together new applications we've also worked with our clients to manage projects, convert & extend existing and legacy applications, in house training, provide onsite support and advice in handling IT projects and finding ways to smooth out the workload demands as new projects start up.


We are as comfortable working one-on-one with non-technical staff as we are being part of larger technical team.  We can adapt to your internal development standards or provide a set of guidelines for your use.


When the project is complete we can continue to provide ongoing support as needed or provide a smooth transition so that future support can be handled by your internal staff.


Just as important, we'll also back away from projects which we feel are outside our area of expertise and assist in locating resources better suited to the job at hand.
